The sooner you connect with your dedicated concierge to choose your vehicle and dates, the better your chances of securing your ideal ride.
Step 1: Contact your Concierge to place a “soft hold” on the dates and vehicle of your choice. Please note, this is not a confirmed reservation and may be released if another client secures a full reservation before you do.
Step 2: Your concierge will then request a copy of your insurance and driver’s license, which you can conveniently send via email or text.
Step 3: Once your concierge completes the internal insurance verification, they will send you a contract for e-signature and process the payment to confirm your reservation.
Step 4: At this point, your reservation will be confirmed, and we’ll see you at pickup.
